We provide our clients consultations on a variety of personal and business matters, where a smaller scope of work is all that is necessary to achieve their goals. Should further legal work be necessary, in certain cases the cost of the consultation is discounted from the retainer.

LAWYER
Samuel Osei graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a double honours B. Sc. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2014 and began his career working under a King's Counsel lawyer for four years, before branching out and starting his own firm.
He began his practice as a litigation lawyer and upon seeing the drafting oversights, errors and poor management of client expectations that gave rise to a lot of civil and business litigation, he saw a common sense gap in the industry. Solicitor contractual and business law could very much benefit from a litigators eye. From there, Samuel Osei Law Corporation as it is today was born. Litigation-informed contractual law that aims to keep clients out of the courts.
